Junior School Trips
In 2011 the inaugural Junior school program to Nepal began.
The annual trek is offered to year 6 boys and a single parent.
It has become a highlight of students final year at the Junior School.
Shared experiences with a parent and friends in environments different to home encourage reflection and problem solving.
Trek participants experience the realities of rural living, education and healthcare and see how their fundraising benefit the local community.
Lived experiences align with the International Baccalaureate Program (PYP) principles of global mindedness offered at Cranbrook Junior School.
